A delegation from Areed University visits the Mufti of Ankara, Dr. Hasan Gençer.

As part of efforts to strengthen academic and religious cooperation, a delegation from Areed International University for Graduate Studies and the Seventeenth International Scientific Forum paid an official visit to Dr. Hasan Gençer, the Mufti of Ankara. The delegation was headed by Professor Dr. Yaqub Gyulek, Secretary-General of the Seventeenth International Scientific Forum, along with a number of prominent academic figures who participated in the forum. During the visit, ways of enhancing cooperation between Areed International University for Graduate Studies and religious institutions in Turkey were discussed, in addition to the role of the Mufti of Ankara in promoting religious values and teaching Islamic law. The discussions also highlighted the importance of Sharia education and waqf development in Turkish and global society, as well as methods for improving cooperation between universities and religious institutions. Professor Dr. Yaqub Gyulek expressed his deep appreciation for the Mufti of Ankara and emphasized the importance of this visit in building bridges of cooperation between Areed International University for Graduate Studies and religious institutions in Turkey, noting that such cooperation contributes to the advancement of scientific research and academic education in the fields of Sharia and Islamic studies. For his part, Dr. Hasan Gençer welcomed the delegation, affirming the significant role played by academic and religious institutions in educating future generations and strengthening cooperation among various institutions in the service of society and Islamic sciences. The visit concluded with an emphasis on the importance of continuing cooperation between Areed International University for Graduate Studies, the Areed Foundation (Areed Scientific Waqf), and religious institutions in Turkey and the Islamic world, in a manner that contributes to the development of scholarly thought and the enhancement of academic education.
