Visit of the Secretary-General of AUREED University and the Institution’s Delegation to Turkey: Presentation of the Book “Islam and Experimental Science” and Participation in a Scientific Conference on the Arabic Language

In the framework of strengthening academic and cultural relations between AUREED International University for Graduate Studies and the AUREED Scientific Foundation with educational and religious institutions in Turkey, Dr. Saif Youssef Al-Suwaidi, Secretary-General of AUREED University, conducted an official visit to Ankara accompanied by a delegation from AUREED University and the AUREED Scientific Foundation.
The visit focused on cooperation in the fields of scientific research and education. During the visit, the delegation presented the Foundation’s latest publication, a book entitled “Islam and Experimental Science”, to His Eminence Sheikh Ali Erbaş, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Turkish Religious Foundation. This book is considered a distinguished scholarly work reflecting the integration of religion and science, highlighting the significant role of experimental science in understanding the phenomena of the universe from an Islamic perspective.
The delegation also exchanged ideas and opinions with Sheikh Ali Erbaş on ways to enhance cooperation between academic and religious institutions in the field of scientific research, aiming to strengthen the role of educational institutions in promoting Islamic values and scientific orientations in the contemporary world.
In addition, the Secretary-General and the AUREED team participated in the 9th International Conference on Foreign Languages in Ankara, which brought together academics and researchers from around the world. The conference sessions discussed the development of the Arabic language and its impact on academic education and scientific research, as well as the importance of Arabic in cultural and Islamic contexts.
In a statement during the conference, Dr. Al-Suwaidi emphasized the importance of the Arabic language as a fundamental means of transmitting knowledge and sciences, noting that AUREED University continually seeks to promote education in Arabic and develop curricula that meet contemporary needs while preserving the Arab and Islamic scientific heritage.
This visit represents an important step toward enhancing international partnerships for the AUREED Scientific Foundation and AUREED University, as the institution seeks to support interaction among scholars and researchers from various fields and to open channels of academic cooperation with global institutions.
